Here is a little about Lauren’s journey with Flex Appeal so far!
What has changed the most for you since starting at Flex Appeal?
My diet. I ate terribly and never had a plan. Trista made suggestions that have dramatically changed that, and it is starting to show.
What advice would you give someone who wants to get started with their fitness journey?
My advice would be to jump in and do it. Take the time for yourself and go work out. It’s going to be hard, and some days you aren’t going to want to go but do it!!
What one thing has made the most significant impact on your health and fitness journey?
Trista has made the most significant impact on my journey. I have had trainers before, and I have loved and had success with them, but Trista addresses what has been holding me back and why I have fought to make these changes. She has given me the skills and is encouraging every time I see her or text her. She may hate it, but she is stuck with me for life.
Is there anything else you would like to add or mention about our coaches/facility?
I love Flex Appeal – the gym and the people. Trista and Jennifer are so helpful and encouraging.
