THE Flex Appeal STORY
Trista Eason - OWNER
On November 2, 2015, Trista Eason opened Flex Appeal in a small commercial suite only 30 days after learning her former employer was closing its doors. It’s not unusual for businesses to close permanently, but Trista had already started her mission to change the lives of women through strength training, and this wasn’t going to stop her. Since 2015, the idea of Flex Appeal has grown into her vision – a safe space for women to feel stronger, happier, and become their best version of themselves. Trista dreamed of a gym that not only worked on physical bodies, but healed and grew the minds of those clients, too.
Trista and her staff recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health. You will not only find workout programs here, but you will also find many specialty courses focusing on deep health. The Flex Appeal mission is to positively impact the lives of women and their families. We know that a strong woman equals strong children. A healthy woman equals a healthy family.
