Who Am I?
I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2012, and I’m a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified Coach, NASM Certified, and Girls Gone Strong Certified. My journey in fitness started with personal training, but I quickly realized that women needed more than “just workouts.” Women need guidance, support, and a space that’s free of judgment — a space where they feel safe, seen, and strong.
That’s why I founded Flex Appeal in 2015. It’s not just a gym — it’s a place where women come to feel empowered. It’s where you come to build strength, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too. Our gym is for women who are done with crash diets, extreme workouts, and “no pain, no gain” nonsense. We’re here for sustainable progress and long-term health.
What Is Flex Appeal?
Flex Appeal is a private, women-only training studio. Unlike “big box” gyms where you’re just another member on the roster, at Flex Appeal, you’re part of a community. Every session is by appointment only, so you’re never left wondering, “What should I do today?” We’ve got a plan just for you.
